CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, and I completely understand that schedules can shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 6 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to another guest on my waitlist. • Cancellations within 6 hours of your appointment time may result in a 50% non-refundable fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total as well. I share this policy not to be rigid, but to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure every guest has the chance to book the appointments they need.
